Finding Peace in a Pandemic:

Holistic Practices for Body, Mind & Spirit

A 5-week, virtual group experience

Thursdays starting 5/28 from 7pm-8:15pm

This pandemic has touched all of our lives, in one way or another. It is unprecedented territory, and our world has turned upside down. With the losses and changes of a global pandemic, functioning in our daily lives can be a challenge for many. Everything feels a little harder.

If you are feeling anxious, fearful, frustrated or lacking joy in these times, you are not alone. And we are here to help.

We have designed a 5-week virtual group program to give you powerful body-mind practices and experiences to help you navigate this time with more peace and ease. In any time of stress or challenge, it is essential to have practices that help get us back into our bodies, help calm our minds, and help re-connect us to our spiritual nature. We will gather together in community to practice ways that create greater ease in our bodies and create more inner peace.

In this 5-week course you will:

  • Learn & experience embodied practices for creating more peace in your body & mind
  • Learn wisdom from nature that reminds us of our connection to the natural world and how it is reflected in our bodies
  • Experience meditation & acupressure techniques for calming the mind
  • Engage in journal writing or other creative activities to culivate awarness and deepening of your inner experience.
  • Be supported in your experiences & challenges during this time through connections with others.

 Who is this for?

  • You are consistently struggling with overwhelming feelings.
  • You are stressed, anxious or fearful about the future.
  • Staying at home hasn’t been fun and it’s been hard balancing everything.
  • You were already stressed out before the pandemic, and now life feels extra hard.
  • You are feeling disconnected from others and would like a space to show up as you are (not as you are trying to be).
  • You have been financially impacted and have lots of worries on your mind.
  • You are trying all the things you normally do, and you are still feeling stuck.
