Ease into Summer:
After the whirlwind of Spring, we invite you to a morning to help reset, refresh and renew your energy in body, mind and spirit
Through gentle movements of Qigong, journaling and reflections, and a soothing acupuncture treatment, you will leave feeling calm and centered after a hectic spring time.
The end of spring can feel like a whirlwind.
School events, graduations, sports schedules, family commitments, work deadlines—on top of everyday work and life. It’s no wonder so many of us arrive at summer feeling depleted rather than refreshed.
This workshop is an invitation to pause, exhale, and reconnect with yourself before stepping into the next season.
Together we will:
• Practice gentle yet powerful Qigong movements to release tension, move stagnant energy, and create a greater sense of ease in both body and mind.
• Spend time journaling and reflecting on the year behind us while setting intentions for the season ahead.
• Enjoy a soothing acupuncture treatment designed to calm the nervous system, promote relaxation, and help you feel grounded and restored.
Rather than rushing straight into summer, give yourself the gift of a conscious transition. When we take time to slow down, reflect, and reset, we create space to enter the season feeling more present, centered, and energized.
