In addition to the positive psychological benefits of acupuncture I have learned so much about my body, body systems in general and health conditions. I was initially treated for chronic neck and back pain. Over the years it has significantly decreased and has almost totally gone away. If there is a flare-up, it is quickly resolved. Acupuncture has also help to alleviate my asthma and respiratory issues. With physical manipulation, exercise guidance, dietary suggestions and use of \u00a0herbal teas my symptoms are minimal if any. Besides acupuncture reducing my pain, it allows for a deeper and more restorative sleep.<\/i><\/p>\n
