Autumn Mini Retreat

with East Asian Medicine practitioners, Trish Twiford Perfetto & Michael Perfetto

The Autumn season gets very busy. And close on its heels comes the holidays. But what the autumn is actually reminding us to do is to start to rest more. The days get darker and we are called to be a little quieter and reflective as the cold and the darker days set in.

Join us for this morning to take a little respite from the busyness of this time of year to rest, renew and feel inspired.

In this mini retreat we will:

  • Explore the East Asian philosophy of the Autumn and learn its wisdom for being well during this season.

  • Practice Qigong together. Qigong is a form of meditative, gentle movements that allows the energy in your body to move more smoothly, creating a more quiet mind and awakened body.

  • Experience 2 Guided meditations together.

  • Explore the teachings of the Autumn in ourselves with reflective journaling and discussion
